Pensford – Renovation
This large bungalow in Pensford was extended to incorporate the outdoor covered swimming pool into the accommodation.  The layout was redesigned to incorporate a large family kitchen/ dining area.  The living room and dining room were opened out to take advantage of the fantastic views.  Further ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe were added to the master bedroom.  The exterior of the property was also given a face lift by added natural stone to some elevations of the property. The exterior was also landscaped to add decking and patio areas.

Bishopsworth - Flat Conversion
This quality development in Bishopsworth, Bristol consisted of 4 X two bedroom flats. The existing house was converted into two flats and a large extension was added to form the further 2 new build flats.

Stockwood - New development
In 2002 Vears Limited completed a high quality new build development of 6 modern 2 bedroom flats in Stockwood.

Barn Conversion
Vears Ltd sympathetically carried out the conversion of a derelict Barn in Whitchurch, Bristol.  The kitchen area included a natural well which was incorporated into the design to form a family dining area.  The living room featured high ceilings with a galleried mezzanine accessed by a spiral staircase.  A stone built fireplace was also a feature of the living room.

Winford – Renovation
This family home in Winford was in need of some TLC.  Vears Ltd carried out a renovation which included rearranging the layout of the property to include add ing en-suite bathrooms, enlarging the existing family bathroom and incorporating a fantastic family kitchen/ dining room.  This property is now a fantastic well laid out family home.
